Building your personal site in 6 easy steps..

1    The first time you register at MFIPPA.COM,  you will be sent an email with a confirmation link to the email  address you entered. Click on  that link. You will be  redirected to a page asking you to log in. You can do so by going to the home page. Enter the username and the passwored you created. Click on the  login button.

 2    Now you are in the my profile page. On the menu, click on edit, then update your image in the menu drop down. You can choose a photo from the gallery or you can upload your own image from your computer by pressing the browse button. We suggest you use an image not bigger than 200px wide x 500 px high. After you have choosen your picture press upload. If you have choosen an image from the gallery, press confirm choice.

3   Click on the MY WEB SPACE.tab in the top menu.

It will open a welcome page. You will see that page only once. Read the text then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link that looks like this:

Now you are given access to the site editor where you can create and edit your own pages.

4   To help familiarize yourself with how to use the editor, we are going to create a music page where you can upload and share audio tracks with your visitors and friends. First go to the top menu where it says create new page, click on the small arrow head to open the drop down menu. This gives you the choice between 6 types of pages. (standard, contact, rss, gallery, music, repository). Since we want to share audio, we are going to choose music. Then click on  create new page. 

The editor asks you to enter the page title. This is the name that will appear on top of the page you are creating . Then enter a name for the that page's tab. Remember you are given up to 5 pages. That means your site can have up to 5 tabs.

5   The next step is to edit the page details. Enter the artist name, the song title, the album title, then upload an image for the cover. Upload the music file.

then write a short description of the song. Add the lyrics ( if you have it available) etc.

You can do the same for the next song. I recommend uploading your songs one at a time if the speed of your computer is not that fast.

Go further down and set up the page visibility. For the ordering we can choose (1) because we want this page to be the first of our 5 pages. For publish, we put a dot in yes. For private we put a dot in No. We then scroll up and press the SAVE button.

6    After your site is saved, press on SITE SETTINGS (important). Here you will complete the caracteristics of your site. When you finish click on SAVE  again. Now you can press on the VIEW  button to see how your page will look like to your visitors. If you want to make any change to your creation, press the

MANAGE PAGES  button.and click on the page title link. This will open the corresponding page and give you access to do any change you want. 

When you are satisfied with your page's look, you can proceed to create a new page by going to CREATE NEW PAGE again. (Make sure you choose the

type of page that corresponds the best to the features you want to offer your visitors ( text to read, music, photo album etc....)

Now you can send friends and visitors directly to your site by giving them your personal mfippa address. To create your address, just add your username after the

slash symbol (/) in the mfippa url as follows:  http://www.mfippa.com/username. For example, if your username is hercules, the url to give to your visitors will be http://www.mfippa.com/hercules
